Flexijet Stairbox360°

With the Flexijet Stairbox360° – in addition to stairs, i.e. with the use of the classic Flexijet Stairbox “Staircase version” – templates, worktops, cutouts for sinks, cutouts for windows/doors and many other objects can be measured in a two-dimensional view.

For this purpose, the Flexijet Stairbox360° measuring head can be removed from the inclined stop bar and placed centrally on the surface to be measured.

The detection then takes place in 360 degrees, around the Flexijet Stairbox360°. Every single measurement point is immediately available in the CAD software.

2D measurement CAD for Stairbox360°

In addition to the classic Stairbox software, which is optimized for easy measurement of stairs and staircases, the Stairbox360 ° model comes with a 2D edition of our FlexiCAD measurement software.
In this special Flexijet Stairbox 360° 2D measuring software, both point and contour measurements can be recorded in 360 degrees around the measuring device, with no zero point referring to the stop angle of the Stairbox. A variety of CAD drawing commands allow several measurement points to be associated with meaningful geometries, so that direct control can be exercised between drawing and reality. In addition, the CAD plugin offers useful functions, such as: For example, line intersection and automatic dimensioning. The measured data can then be transferred in various CAD formats to planning programs, directly to the CNC or plotter.
