Challenge
The renovation project of a private house interior on the island of Silba required precise measurements of the entire interior to create custom kitchen elements, wardrobes, and other bespoke furniture. The main challenges were:
Transport limitations
Silba is connected by ferry lines, complicating the logistics of transporting materials and equipment.
There are no roads on the island, and personal vehicles are not allowed, making on-site transport even more challenging.
Precision requirements:
Due to the distance and difficult transport conditions, it was crucial to ensure that all furniture was accurately manufactured in the workshop, eliminating the need for adjustments or modifications during on-site installation.

Solution
To ensure accurate measurements and production, the Flexijet 3D measurement system was utilized. This technology enabled: Quick and precise measurement of all necessary positions within the interior.
Creation of a 3D model of the space, allowing for detailed plans to manufacture the furniture.Time and resource savings by eliminating the need for multiple trips to the island or on-site adjustments.
Thanks to the Flexijet 3D measurement, all furniture elements were crafted with absolute precision in the workshop. Installation was carried out quickly and without complications, despite the specific challenges posed by the terrain of the island of Silba.
