During the restoration of the house, it was noticed that the walls of the staircase were uneven and had irregular angles and different tread heights.
Using a Flexijet 3D measurements of the staircase runs on 3 floors were taken, which allowed us to accurately determine the slope and position of the staircase railing, its supports and the position of the railing attachment.
The measurements were imported into CAD software so that the railing could be constructed with precise dimensions and angles and prepared for production.
Steel pipes cut to the exact dimensions and angles from the drawing, welded and plastic coated ready for installation. Since there is no possibility of finishing steel in the field, especially after plastic coating, in this case, due to the 3D measurement, no assembly test was required. The finished product from production was installed in the field and perfectly matches the existing staircase. There was no need for modification or finishing of the fence during the installation of the complete fence.
