Reconstruction of a historic building on Kaptol

Reconstruction of a historic building on Kaptol Project description One of the main challenges in this project was the measurement and fabrication of new wooden glazed fixed walls, windows and doors on the building. The windows, almost 3.5 meters high and 2.8 meters wide with arched ends, presented a particular challenge due to their complex geometry and historical importance. In order to achieve an appearance identical to the original, it was crucial to ensure detailed and precise measurement of all elements. The Flexijet 3D measurement system proved to be the ideal solution for such complex requirements. This advanced technology enabled: Detailed measurement: Every dimension, angle, and arch of windows and doors are precisely measured, ensuring complete accuracy without the need for additional adjustments. Technical preparation: The data obtained was used to create technical drawings necessary for the production of elements. CNC manufacturing: All elements were made using CNC technology based on precise measurements, which eliminated the possibility of errors.Time saving: Trial measurements and template making were avoided, which accelerated the process and reduced costs. Project summary The application of Flexijet 3D technology ensures: Authenticity: The appearance of the new windows and doors fully matches historical patterns, which was crucial for meeting conservation standards. Precision: All elements fit perfectly into the existing structure without the need for additional adjustments. Efficiency: The project was completed within the planned deadline thanks to the speed and precision of the technology. The reconstruction of historic buildings, such as the one on Kaptol, requires a combination of conservation sensitivity and modern technology. Modernization and reconstruction of the scaffolding for transport across the Drava River

Modernization and reconstruction of the scaffolding for transport across the Drava River Project description The project to modernize the ferry for transporting people and vehicles across the Drava River represents a key step towards improving infrastructure and transport capacity in the region. The reconstruction includes the replacement of steel pillars connecting the two banks of the Drava River, with the use of steel cables to connect the steel ferry. The aim of the project is to increase the carrying capacity and capacity of the ferry, thereby enabling safer and more efficient transport of cargo and passengers. The existing columns were surveyed for the purpose of detailed reconstruction planning. The analysis of the main load-bearing elements, connecting elements and fastening plates was carried out to ensure the stability and durability of the new structure. The steel columns, designed as lattice girders, were chosen for their versatility and strength, making them ideal for use in structures such as scaffolding. Lattice girders provide excellent load distribution and resistance to external influences. The new steel scaffolding, larger than the existing one, was designed with the aim of significantly increasing the load capacity – from 20 to 30 tons of cargo. In addition, the new construction will be able to accommodate a larger number of vehicles and passengers, increasing the capacity from 6-7 vehicles to 8-10, and the number of passengers from 20 to 50. Project summary The core of our project success lies in the innovative use of 3D measurement using the Flexijet system, which enabled extremely precise measurements of the existing steel columns and scaffolding structures. Thanks to this technology, we were able to plan and design the reconstruction in detail with significantly improved characteristics compared to the previous one. Staircase of a private house (railing) – Measurement, production, supply, and installation

Staircase of a private house (railing) – Measurement, production, supply, and installation Project description In the following, we would like to present the project that involved the measurement, production, supply, and installation of the staircase railing in a private house in Drškovci (Požega). The goal of the project was to ensure a precise and functional railing for the staircase connecting three floors of the house, with the specific challenge of uneven walls and irregular angles of the staircase.MeasurementThe first step of the project was the detailed measurement of the staircase. Using Flexijet 3D technology, the team was able to accurately measure all flights of the staircase across the three floors. This allowed for the precise determination of the slope, position of the railing, and the placement of the supports and attachments for the railing. Accurate 3D measurements were crucial to ensure all elements were precisely aligned with the existing structure of the house.Design and preparationAfter the measurements, the data were imported into CAD software. This enabled the creation of detailed drawings of the railing with exact dimensions and angles, prepared for production. The CAD drawings served as the foundation for the further production of the steel railing elements.ProductionSteel tubes were cut to precise dimensions and angles from the CAD drawings. All elements were welded and powder-coated, making them ready for installation. Since steel does not allow for on-site adjustments, the precise 3D measurements eliminated the need for a trial assembly. The finished product was delivered directly from production to the site.Installation The installation of the staircase railing was carried out without any issues. Due to the precision of the 3D measurements, the finished elements perfectly matched the existing staircase. here was no need for additional modifications or adjustments during the installation of the complete railing.Final worksThe last part of the staircase was made from a single piece, also thanks to the precise 3D measurements. This way, it was possible to avoid phased work, which would have been necessary with irregular angles without accurate measurements. Project summary This project is an example of how modern technology and careful preparation can ensure high-quality results even under the most challenging conditions. The project involving the measurement, production, supply, and installation of the staircase railing in Drškovci demonstrated the importance of precise measurement and careful preparation. The use of Flexijet 3D technology and CAD software enabled error-free production and installation, ensuring that the railing perfectly matched the existing staircase structure. Measurement for planning and construvting a canopy with a curved wall finish

Measurement for planning and construvting a canopy with a curved wall finish Project description The primary task of the construction company specialized in the production of metal structures was to create a canopy that will provide covered access to the house. The client envisioned a canopy with three sides which would be placed above the front door and on the curved part of the blue wall. The implementation of the project was already under the threat of failure due to complications that arose during measurement. On the first attempt, it was impossible to accurately measure the curvature of the wall using a tape measure and a handheld laser. During the next on-site meeting, several company employees spent hours making templates 2 to 3 meters high. Unfortunately, this approach did not result in usable data either. Due to heavy rain, the cardboard templates became unusable. The solution to the measurement problem was found in the application of the Flexijet 3D laser measurement system, which allows simultaneous measurement and drawing. Contractor: Konrad Schwegler, FellbachClient: Privatni investitor Project summary Konrad Schwegler, the measurement service provider, successfully performed all the necessary measurements on site in just 1.5 hours. A full CAD drawing, with all the correct angles and radii, was immediately available. As a reliable basis for further planning, the three-dimensional DXF file was forwarded to the design department. Time required for conventional measurement: 10 h Time required with Flexijet – 1:30 h Time saved: 8:30 h Efficiency and accuracy: immeasurable Flexijet measurement Flexijet measurements AutoCad Display
